Additionally, holidays do not count as business days and should not be included when calculating shipping times.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. Please note that this processing time may vary depending on demand and stock availability. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We strive to keep you updated on the status of your order every step of the way.

Shipping Time:
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out according to the following timeframes:

• Standard USPS Shipping: 3-5 business days 
• Overnight Shipping- Coming Soon

Missing or Lost Shipments:
While we make every effort to ensure safe and timely deliveries, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier immediately. You can also contact us so we can assist with tracking it. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct, and we recommend using a secure delivery location.
